Default Valve Spring Decision

I am going to be ordering the Lunati Bracket Master II cam here in the next couple of days and I am trying to decide what valve springs to get when the next check comes in. http://summitracing.com/parts/LUN-00061/

These are the springs that are recommended for the cam...and every other cam they sell for the 302..says their online catalog.

These are the springs I was looking at for the comp cam I was gonna get.

The comp springs have a little more spring pressure than the lunati's but the cams are pretty much the same on paper except for the duration. Would the extra spring pressure be better or would the recommended springs be better?
