I love you guys! After 20 minutes of pondering what Cliff said in the other thread (and I'm not a 12v dummy) I finally finished downloading and processing in my Brain Housing Group then I tested my suspected COP and the given result was:
1. My $400 Fluke pisses me off.
2. My $40 HF Cen-tech is only worth being a Tire Chuck
3. And swapping the COP boot was my solution, lol
