Hmmmm, make me wonder what type of operation that place is. Now I realize not everyone follows the same protocol, but when I do an alignment, THE FIRST thing I do is lube the threads on the tie rods and loosen the jam nuts. This saves me the trouble of finding out later when I'm sitting on the concrete under the car getting ready to make that adjustment that they are frozen. Regardless, this is def something that should have been noticed prior to aligning the car.
If you paid by cc, you could dispute the charge. Not sure if you would get it back. I still fail to see how you paid for a 4 wheel alignment though. Was this recommended or did you ask for one?
