**** Im trying to move out of my parents house right now.. **** is ridiculous. I make more than enough money to rent an apt but there is a 3x income vs rent policy for almost every apt complex here so I cant get a place. BS.. I cant be buying heads lol. Patriots are looking better n better though.

I had that same problem , I had enough for my car payment , rent , partying and food but needed 3X the rent. So I scanned my pay stubs in and photo shopped it to make it look like I made a little more then I actually did , It worked ! twice. But yeah the patroits for the price are not bad at all.

it is BS , food stamp people ruin it for all us hard working Americans who actually pay there bills, then stuff like that 3X the rent income comes into play. Im trying to get a house so I can have a garage to store my mustang in the winter and the bank is making me go threw all sorts of crap because the Immigrants !

be glad its 3x the rent, here in goood ol kentucky we had to make 4x the rent, background check and credit score(good thing we had it before the bankruptcy)+ 95% of the apartments will throw you out for any type of working on your car including washing it....oh and most wont allow bikes.
