no, not at all, it was a middle aged guy, who was ultra defensive because hes probably used to covering his ass. The person that did the scheduling and that wrote down everything I wanted done doesn't know anything about cars. He pumps gas and sits next to other people vehicles and acts tough. I met him after the work was done. he's a fool.
PRO - my new mechanic, not the one were talking about, said that too. But this idiot said the jam nuts were the last thing he goes for. I felt like that was bullsh*t. He was just taking my money. Also, the four wheel alignment - I didn't care to pay that bc I knew they gave superb/honest alignments, and thats what I needed.
bottom line - I'm gonna go back to writing things down myself (even typing/printing)
