Basicly, if you are a Ford employee OR share holder you qualify for Xplan which brings the car at invoice + current rebates. I personally bought 1 Ford share at $5.5 and received my Xplan pin by Ford. So far my car is MSRP-$1000-$2500ish, no trade ins.

I was so spiked that it worked that I went on and bought more shares.

I guess it's a win/win for Ford and I.
