having read the article they posted, the comments others have made, it seems like they are a reputable shop. Engines break, **** happens, but a day of free labor to tear down your engine and find the problem seems more than fair. Unless the tune was faulty I couldn't see how they are to blame. As for them not releasing the tune to you... Did they tell you it would be released to you when it was tuned? I know some shops wont release certain information they consider to be proprietary - tunes, cam specs, etc....

If thats the case though - you should have asked about it at tuning time or maybe they should have told you then...
