Derf00fuggin a people... this is a repost and old news. The real story is no "official" announcement has been made. It's all speculation as to what's really going on. Some say a merge between them and SMS, others say gone, others say relocating that took a bad twist and delayed the reopening. Again, NOTHING OFFICIAL FROM TECHCO
You guys are kinda messed up. Some of us only have time to read a few threads over here.
Just maybe this is the only section Saleen/Roush owners care to read instead of having to sift through tons of other topics they don't care about?
You guys think that this is the first time we have heard about it? That this is the first time we have discussed it? Boy are you wrong. It's on every mustang forum out there and we know that, so bug off.

Actually I am surprised there hasn't been more discussion of this here. Techco were big movers'n'shakers, and I think it will be a big shame to lose them. What about Concours Motorcars? They were closely linked with Techco, are the completely separate companies, or is this going to effect both?
Is SMS building the 5.0l engine for the 460X? I kind of had an idea that it was Techco that was going to build those, but I could be wrong...

Saleendoc, what a sad world you must live in to laugh at people losing their jobs. Real funny. On a serious note, Techco did close its doors.
Eric, my blower is a Saleen blower, why would Techco own it? All I have is their banner on my windshield, that's it. I will leave it on as it looks better than the Saleen banner IMO and it gives it a custom look.
I will be getting tuned elsewhere now is all. Hopefully those guys are back in the game soon.

This would leave us/me to believe you had a Techo blower and were likely being used as a demo for their own s/c since you have been so affiliated with Techo as of late.
