The cold weather requirement makes it a bit tougher - I'd looked into GY Eagle F1 Asymmetrics in 255/45-18 on 9.5" wide wheels for summer use and keeping the BFGs for the cold season. Most of the good cornering tires seem to be "summer, not intended for use in cold weather, on ice or in snow".

The really grippy ones (ex. Nitto NT-05) are only 200-ish treadwear with only 7/32 or 8/32 tread depth. Those tires probably won't make your 25,000 mile target even though the 200TW suggests that maybe they should. If I get a total of 5,000 miles out of the set of generally similarly intended (and 200TW) Falken Azenis RT615's that I use mostly for autocross with a limited amount of street driving thrown in (Mazda 626), I'll consider myself more than fortunate.

If you can live with a tire size that's a little shorter than the OE sizes (26.7" vs 27" or so), Bridgestone RE960AS Pole Positions come in 245/45-18 and they seem to be a decent enough tire (I have them in 225/50-17 on my wife's '01 Maxima).
