As far as compression, I thought that over a stock E7 head the gt40p will bump up your compression not drop it?

 

gt40p's are 64cc chambers iirc. it will drop from stock....not much..but it will drop some

 

Ok, my heads are going out to the machine shop next week to get checked over. Ill have them knock off .030 what should that drop the chamber size too.

not sure, like 58-62cc's which is more like stock, not sure which years are which, i have it on my home comp of what it is...anyways... its a good idea just to make sure you're all squared up to your block in any case.
