assuming its a hard plastic piece like a badge...

if its just a sticker, 3m sticker remover, hair dryer, and a microfiber cloth if its just too stuck

i just peeled mine off with my fingernail

no badge or sticker will ever remove paint

Sorry, had a long day, I missed the screwdriver idea and thought you were talking about just one of the adhesive badges. Thanks for the idea.

dont dig into the decklid when trying to pry the emblem off...

ex: do not use the decklid as leverage to push against when trying to pryer off the emblem...

it's just fiberglass, you can crack it

idk what method to use, but if you wait another week, my emblem should be comin off and i can tell you how mine was taken off... im getting the holes filled and the decklid painted black

you shouldnt pry against the decklid or fenders or anything...thats how dents and scratches and stuff happen, or cracks on fiberglass

just pry very carefully, if youre not confident enough to do it that way, fishing line will work

i tried dental floss because i didnt have fishing line and it did alright, kept shredding though...thats when i switched to a flathead

ignore the wave in my rear bumper...idk whats up with it, need to work on that once the car is running again

I have a wave in my rear bumper as well. As does almost every other 99-04 that I see. Mine just popped up a couple months ago at about 58k

i traded my gt bumper for this v6 bumper at night time and didnt notice...im gonna try heating it up and setting some bricks on it to smash it back out...if all else fails ill buy one of those ebay bumpers with the mustang lettering filled in (v6 still...no cut outs for me)

99BlackPonyGT is 100% correct. I took off all three of my GT emblems with a hair dryer and dental floss in about 20 minutes. I would def suggest using fishing line if you are going to go through with it, it will prob cut your time in half.
