Lightbulb Mustang 4.0 L V6

I was just wondering, since I'm new to after marked mods, if you could somehow install the GT fog lights into the V6 grill of the S-197.

hopefully someone with more knowledge on this subject will chime in, but if I remember reading correctly, I want to say that you can not install a GT grill into a V6 bumper...you would either have to go aftermarket or buy one from the dealer that is made for your bumper

Now the Stock GT grille with fogs will NOT fit into the V6 bumper, there is a clearance issue and the hood wont close all the way and it will not fit the bumper properly

i beleive they make a grille for the V6 with the fogs in it other than the pony package one but idk if it has the Mustang on the front

i just went ahead and put the whole GT front bumper on my V6 it looks a whole lot better and i couldnt be happier
heres a few pics from when i got her to now:

During the transformation:

And Now: (after California rear bumper, GT font bumper, Clear turn signal corner lights, GT side skirts, and Roush hood scoop

Thats so cool. The thing is that I have never dont work like this on a car before. But once I get my Mustang this is going to become a passion...do you recommend to do all this if you have never done this type of work before?

well ok from what I have learned is a few people were able to GT grills to fit on a V6 but the main problem is the clips that hold the grill won't line up exactly and you do have an issue with the hood but people have found ways to work around that. So if you wouldn't mind having to modify the grill abit then it should fit. Your best bet would be yes change to the GT bumper but if that is too pricey then get a GT look alike grill like this one http://www.americanmuscle.com/gtstyl...le-0509v6.html
