Default Animated Signature's/Post

Lately I have noticed allot of people putting animated signatures in there signature or in there posts. when I go into these post the tread take even longer to load or is really choppy because these things are in there.
Yes I know I should get a faster/better PC I was just hoping it could be looked into to see if there could be a limit on size or something on these types of signatures.
It is the type that have a movie clip or sporting event that loops over and over that I'm talking about. Not animated photoshop of cars
Maybe it's just my machine having this problem? and I only hang in the SN95 4.6 sections

unfortunately, i don't think there is much that can be done to prevent this. if you are not already using it, one thing i can suggest is try using firefox for your browser; it things load much faster for me than any other browser i've used does.

i made mine, but if you are looking to have one made, you can request one in the chop shop (https://mustangforums.com/forum/chop-shop-44/); just post up some pics and any thoughts of what you'd like to see and myself, or one of the other choppers can hook you up

What is your connection? DSL, Cable, Dialup? I run DSL at my work and wireless broadband at home and don't even notice the .gifs in the sigs. What you may want to try is installing a program called ccleaner and adaware se. Both are free. If you don't already use them, I highly suggest it.
