What year did Ford switch from R12 to R134 refrigerant in the Mustang?

Was it an instantaneous switch across the board, or was it a gradual thing over a couple model years?

So the 1995 Mustang I'm looking at would be R134 (the rad-shroud sticker is unreadable). BTW, the EPA cert can be obtained online for ~$25, I got one from "Mainstream Engineering" back in 1998/1999.
