Headlight Vertical Adjustment on my 2004 3.9L

Ok Everyone, Heres the scoop. I have a 2004 3.9L with Stock Headligts on the stang for now. I have the factory service manual, and all it says for headlamp adjustment is to be like 5-6 ft or so on flat ground and in front of a wall like a Garage, i already know that part. Does anyone know how to adjust these headlights, they mainly point down at the road like a couple of feet in front of the car, not even enough to see like 15 ft in front while driving nor more then 20. With out having to buy new bulbs etc. How would i adjust these headlights, is there a adjusting screw/bolt, under the hood and directly behind the headlight? Let me know some tips and tricks that you know work, until i get new headlights (HID'S hopefully soon)! Preventive maintence first though!

Cool, because supposably someone told me that if they were out of adjustment i wouldnt of passed my safety inspection here in VA. Which i think is logical explanation, but bull **** in a way. Thanks Neo, ill see if i can adjust them tommorow nite in my garage. Ill get back to you....appreciate it!

Don't over adjust or you'll strip it. If you do strip it, you can send it to me and I can fix it for you, for $10.

So far I'm the only person that seems to know how to repair them lol
