Your at that stage where any 1 upgrade isnt going to do much. You can't just do a cam or heads seperately because it wouldn't do anything. Do a H/C/I with used stuff like the other guy said. Or if you don't want to spend that kind of money do some suspension upgrades

adding heads wont add power? even on a stock cam?

think again...

and OP, put in a new fuel pump, and look into a 5spd swap.

if if youre set on an auto, get a stalled converter.

adding heads and keeping the stock cam is LITERALLY the definition of waisting time and money. completely retarted

And adding a new fuel pump is also a rediculous upgrade. Dude the guy has almost nothing done to the car that is also a waiste of time and money

ehhhh it's more like adding a cam and keeping the stock heads is a waste of money. The stock cam actually makes pretty good power when paired with better heads and intake.

As for the OP, I'd suggest looking into a head/cam/intake swap or a power adder of some kind depending which way you want to go with the car.

actually, keeping the stock cam ISNT a bad idea. For what it is, its actually quite a nice piece. With a good set of heads, a nice flowing intake, and retard the stock cam a few degrees... you can make some decent power, real nice speed/acceleration.. AND stock drivability

so please, stop talking out your ***. you clearly have NO clue wtf you are talking about
