motor swap 98 4.6l to 02 4.6l

I need some help please !!!!! i have a 1998 ford mustang gt 4.6l 5 speed with a blown motor. i bought a 2002 ford mustang gt.... so how hard is it to switch out the motors ..... will it work? what are the differences? what would i need to change? please help me ???? i am desperate!

What are you doing with the 02? If it's a complete car, I say drive that.

Can you swap timing cover so you can use your npi accessories. would it matter if your got the windsor or the remeo engine?

yes itll work

yes itll work dats my exact setup...it fits right in... i shouldve change the compuer.. i jus have a check engine light problem but change the computer....other than that cafr works perfect
