Default long tube headers=slight tick?

i took my car to the exhaust shop to have them check out what i thought was an exhaust leak...

they said that a slight tick is normal for long tubes and he said that he put his scope to them and didn't find any leaks

so is a mellow tick normal or is he full of [sm=bs.gif]

thanks guys...

It's not really normal. Did you buy some cheap *** headers, and they have a small pin hole in them somewhere?
