WANTED: Ford Mustang Coin Holder Bezel for SCT Chip

I purchased the SCT 4bank chip from American Muscle and then I learned they discontinued the coin holder bezel that you can purchase with it.

I would very much like to purchase one. So if someone knows where a) i could buy one b) has one for sale
...please let me know

dunno wut the "doesnt include dial" thing means tho, i have no knowledge of chips did yours come with that?
