I have a 2002 convertible with the driver window locked in the closed position. Motor is dead and I can not lower window. How do I remove the motor in this situation. Would like the Factory workshop manual on this if available. Please help. Can't go through McDonalds drive through.

Try to give the door panel a good smack right to the left of the speaker. It will probably come up.

I think hes saying its stuck up and wont roll down, which means the convertible top will not go down if im not mistaken. If you can get a Haynes manual there is a walk through inside for repairing power windows.

Once you get the new motor and get the door panel off it will be very easy for you to figure out.
