Hood latch broke and I cant open hood!
So i went out to my car this morning and started her and heard a metal dinging sound. Went to pop the hood and realized i couldnt.
How can i get this damn thing to open now that the latch is broke??

Are you sure it is broke, or is it just stuck? Have someone pull on the hood like they were going to open it while you pull the lever. Most of the time that is the issue. If that gets the hood open, make sure to clean and re-grease the latch.

Look in through the grill, just over the pony's snout and tail, and you will see two 1" or so holes cut in the support member. Through each of those holes you will see a bolt with an 8mm head, these are the bolts that hold the hood latch receiver to the radiator support.
Using an 8mm 1/4" drive socket on a long extension remove those bolts. Trip the safety catch and open the hood as far as you can. If the cable is intact this may not be too far. regardless you can then reach in trip the latch manually...
