Default 87 mustang mass air conversion

I just made a mass air conversion on my sons 87 GT using a pro-m kit.The car seems to stall at lights.I talked to pro-m and their saying the computer hasnt reset but I heard it could be not having the fuel pump and speed control hooked to the new computer.Any thoughts!

speed control would be a really good idea, as the car will raise the idle once it goes past 3MPH, and keeps the car from stalling by actuating the IAC

Sweet. So all I'd need is that sensor, that wiring harness, and the computer?
