Default whats my 65 worth??? (pics)

I was wondering if you guys could give me an estimate or even a ballpark on value. I was thinking about selling this car - not sure what its worth at all (Or even a place to start). It is a 1965 Mustang convertible, 289 4bbl with t-10. The car has sat the last 16 years in a field under a rotting tarp. Since, we have taken the car and got the engine running, rebuilt the carb., replaced practically everything on the engine as well as all of the steel brake lines, and some mice-chewed rubber lines, master cyl., and gas tank w/ sending unit. We have also replaced the Clutch, changed all of the fluids, and so on. The engine runs very well; trans shifts very well; the brakes are decent. Generally, the car rides pretty smooth, but with sloppy steering. It has power steering, but no A/C (mice chewed through most every wire in the car). The fuse box is completely trashed and disconnected; the heater core is bypassed. The only things electrical that still work are the rear tail lights and blinkers, headlights (switch replaced), and power top (although, it's trashed; it does go up and down fully on its own). As for the body: black spray painted, every fender/door/panel is rusted to hell and back, the floor pans under the driver feet and in the RR passenger floor are rotted through, the trunk wheel wells are rotted through, and the body where the driver's door is mounted has about a 5 inch crack. All glass is good. Under the car seems o..k.. (a lot of surface rust, but it seems the frame is 100% solid). The engine is a 1967 289, thinking that the rear end has some kind of gear swap - I'm not convinced that the trans is even original. The tires hold air, but are shot. Wheels look o.k. for the most part. Any help is very appreciated! Thanks!

theres a difference in what is it worth and what would I (or somebody)pay for it. I have seen some VERY clean convertibles lately for $9500-$11000.I have also seen some that need paint and minor interior for $7500.That doesnt mean yours is worth less, it just means these are deals I have come across.

So is it an "A" code or just a C code with a carb swap?

Never mind, I see it over on the other forum.

Several thousand would be a good buy for someone willing to rebuild this car.
