Weight Reduction?

Default Weight Reduction?

Looking to take some weight out of my 2v, any ideas? going for free weight but as long as it's cheap I'm all hears. Thanks.

Is this a dedicated racer or daily driver?

Remove jack and spare tire. Remove the seats. Take up jogging depending on how much you weigh. (seems like every time someone mentions their weight on a car forum they are always 250 plus)

Get rid of the A/C, Fog Lights, there is a few brackets under the dash that aren't needed. Spare tire and jack as mention above... If not worried about hitting stuff you can take off the differential guard. An aluminum drive shaft isn't that expensive and is easy to install.

Thanks guys, I was looking at some of these items as well....I may make this into my racecar but still go on weekend cruises with it and still drive it to and from the track. Basically a racecar street car lol.

For the record what your talking about isn't a diff guard its actually a vibration dampner.
