how much power can the coyote 5.0 make safely?
I have a 2011 5.0 with a vortech, boss 302 manifold, Doug Thorley Headers long tube tri-y's , o/r x-pipe. before the boss manifold it made 544 rwhp with a very conservative tune from vortech. Now the car is at racers edge tuning getting a full custom tune done. What would you guys say is a safe power on these motors?

To the OP. I would say you are getting close on stock internals.
There's no doubt it's gonna pull like crazy especially in the upper rpms because of the boss intake and these motors love rpms.
"I" would be a little nervous climbing close to that 575+ mark. Again, no doubt the motor will make some numbers but for how long? Just my .02

thanks for the input guys.. Im not one to beat on my car a lot. Its my weekend car. so i wouldnt be driving it everyday. But i do agree about for how long will the stock internals last. I think sometime next year im going to start looking into forging my internals just to make it safe.
the car was a 544 rwhp before the intake. so we'll see what the intake and a good tune do. what are you guys seeing the boss manifold make on cars?

oh as far as my coil covers, I got them painted out here where I live. the company that painted my car for me did the coil covers too. they matched the stripes I had painted. www.lge-paint.com L&G Enterprises in San Dimas, Ca. They do great work.

Mine are blue, I want them in Race Red along with a Race Red JLT intake, I think it would look sweet. I found them on AM though.
OP I like your setup, I even thought about it myself but I really want a 500 hp car without an SC, I think I can get there with an intake/tune and some headers.
