Talking Maybe Getting a 91 GT pics and vid inside

Ok so today was grand here in the Great State of Texas, nice weather, kids at school and had the day off. As yall can see from my tag line I have been wanting to make my LX look like a Texas DPS SSP. Well I am one step closer. Last night I started painting my 10 hole rims and then this morning finished up the front two. Luckily I have two spare 10 holes so I didn't have to leave my LX up on jack stands(in case I had to move it). Also painted the wiper cowl cause I had painted it red(why I don't know). The LX looks tough as nails now, Just love this Mustang. Took some before, during and after pics. Then went for a drive and hung out with ProjectResto83. Ended the awesome day with some shrimp and steak BBQ. Enjoy and hope yall have some great days like this in your future.

In the future I plan to get it painted and also have an Exploder intake waiting to add. Edit, gotta get my sig updated now.

Looks better with the blacked out wheels. Just as an FYI - the SSP wheels were more of a satin finish as opposed to gloss. But they still look very nice!

Well I though of getting the satin paint, but because of all the dust here in central Texas they will dull up enough if I'm right. Thanks for the comment, it's nice seeing that from an actual SSP owner.

Give it a couple months in the Texas heat and I am sure they will lose a little gloss lol. They do look good though!

So what is the exploder intake gonna look like when your done with it? I have been thinking about polishing mine but I don't want to take the time lol

Well.......hmmm most likely going to go with gloss engine enamel black or ford blue. I never show off my stock azz engine so any color really will do. Considering I was a GM guy before seeing the LIGHT. That truck is cool, a Ford with chevy powerplant.

IDK what I want to do with mine exactly but I know I can't put it on looking like it is. I can't stand the dirty crap lol

Speaking of the truck, here is the video I told you about. It looked so much better than it does now lol

Damn, that thing sounded like a beast, LOL. It reminds me of my 1972 Chevy LUV with a 305 which was fun, although not as much fun as my LX.

GIANT difference!

wheels can make and break a car, and now that thing is looking real good. Went from sorta ghetto to bad *** coupe! I've been thinking a lot about getting my 'vert painted flat/matte black too.

I have been thinking about getting my weld drag lites painted/powder coated black.

damn you for posting pictures of those giant steaks! now I need to go buy me a steak!
