Im in a delimma here, someone backed into me and cracked my rear one piece bumper, took it to the body shop to have it repaired, they ordered a new bumper for my car with the part number from the cracked bumper and what ford keeps sending them is a two peice bumper, they have contacted ford about this and they keep saying its the right bumper but its not, somehow ford has the new part numbers wrong, im going crazy here waiting on my bumper to be replaced, and i have called fords customer service with no luck either hoping they could speed up the process or do something for me since ford keeps sending the wrong bumper, dont know what else to do??????

I thought the new cars still have a two piece rear bumper. Have them compare the two bumpers side by side

Call different dealership...Gene Evans in Atlanta Georgia will have the right part...They would even send you a picture by text, just to make sure its the right one...
