If they can do it in a miata you can do it in a mustang. Bit sacrilegious but as they say ford tough chevy stuff. Given all the piping you have to install for a turbocharger you will probably be best off piecing together your own kit. Find an ls1 car and take measurements around the exhaust manifolds, focusing on clearance between the framerails and steering system. If those measurements are similar then you can probably use the ls1 turbo headers. It may be necessary to raise or lower the motor so build that into your motor mount setup. Best way would be to have the turbo manifolds mounted and position the motor with them in place. Mount the intercooler, then plumb the connections with a universal turbo kit. If you need something special then take it to a shop to have the fitment done locally.

Thousands have put ls motors in mustangs, nothing new. You can buy kits and k frames to drop the motors in.

Here is one part of the suspension kit needed.

You will then need
LSX Motor
GM Transmission
Wiring Harness
GM Cooling System

That's just to scratch the surface.

As stated it's been done quite a bit. Just google it, there are a few sites dedicated to this info.

Don't forget the rear end since you are starting with the V6. You'll want to upgrade to a nice 8.8 to get rid of the 7.5" open diff the car starts with.
