Aftermarket Shifter Debate.

Aftermarket Shifter Debate.
Looked and looked across the web, and I've been unable to pin down which shifter everyone believes to be the best. The Contenders.
Barton - Barton Industries Short Shifter and Two-Post Bracket - MT-82
Cost - 369.99
Throw Reduction - 40%
Replaces Lower bracket.
MGW - Short Shifter
Cost - 390.00
Throw Reduction - 30%
Replaces lower and upper bracket, also provides heat shield
The argument is straight down the middle.
Many prefer the Barton for the price, and instant shipping.
MGW is said to be the best of the best, but might have to wait on production.
Anyone care to shed some light? I'm going to purchase one of the two...And I really want the best bang for the buck, I don't think i'll notice the 10% difference in the Throw, so it all comes down to Quality.

Yes Steeda also makes a Short throw, however, I've heard Barton and MGW are the best of the best for the Money. I just put in my order for an MGW and praying it will be on my porch before I return from deployment!

just installed the MGW this past weekend (after a two week wait). and I couldn't be happier. the kit is COMPLETE and they really want to make sure there is zero unwanted vibration/noise by adding dynomat and locktight and extra nuts on top of nuts and RTV sealant. So far i've hammered on it pretty good, and it feels great, going to the track for the first time tomorrow so I could report back my findings then as well.
