Default SHR black deck lid GT medallion

I will be getting a SHR black deck lid medallion this Thursday and this weekend I plan on painting the GT logo in the center Red, my question is what is the best way to paint it so it sticks and doesn't fade or peel after washing the car or normal wear and tear. And what's the best spray paint out there that I should use for this project. Thanks for any info given.

Best spray paint is definitely RustOleum Enamel. Tape it off and spray away.

^^^ Thanks I for sure check out rust oleum enamel paint for this project guess its just a tape off and spray like you say and no sanding down the GT logo.

Sanding would help it stick better. Get some clear coat and you'd be good.

VHT (The same company that makes night shades), makes a ceramic engine enamel spraypaint that goes on pretty evenly and can withstand high temps. That is what I would recommend. I painted my coil covers and intake cover with it (<--See Avatar), and it came out smooth and has lasted without any peeling.
