wondering if you guys have ran any gas treatments in your coyotes yet? I tried one time maybe day two of having the car and not knowing about the funnel in the trunk I just tried to pour it in the tank and it just all ran out behind the wheel. I have the steeda 93 tune on my car and just got done reading some posts about the #8 cylinder issue. I do know that supposedly steedas tune is the safest out there with no issues yet. Anyway I was thinks of adding a octane booster just to be safe.

Unless it Torco dont use it. Any other additive that I have tried/heard of, will leave a residue/buildup on the plugs. After prolonged use can cause misfires.

That would get expensive! If you are that concerned, get a 91 octaine tune, or run the car on a good dyno to see how well it's doing. Running on a dyno to get measurements is always a good idea.

Torco would be a waste for you. I needed it on my Mach 1 that made 25+ lbs of boost but for a N/A tune car it's a waste. And it will turn your spark plugs an ugly rust color.

Any of the off the shelf octane boosters are non effective.

Steeda's tune is safe and I have never seen an failure due to an #8 failure with their tune as you mentioned. Also if you are going to run something, use the white funnel that should be in the trunk. I believe mine was attached to the spare tire on the lugnut wrench. Most of the those octane boosters do not raise the octane like it states on the package but some fuel system cleaners are legit.
