Default Fix those annoying headrests in 2 min. for $0

Hate the ridiculous angle of your stock headrests? DO THIS NOW:
remove headrest, wrap in a towel, put in front of left rear wheel and drive your wheel on top of it with the posts sticking out pointing angled up. Weight of car holds headrest firm but doesn' t hurt it. Step on the posts to bend them down as needed, replace head rest, repeat as needed. I know it sounds scary but headrest cushions are so durable that weight of car doesn't faze them.

What a world of diffence it made and I didn't have to spend $250.

You know the headrests are angled like that for safety right?

If what you are doing is what I'm thinking.

Speaking as a an old biker dude, bending hollow tubing like that destroys the structural integrity. Lots of cheap-*** bikers have had handlebars break apart while they are riding down the road after they did a backyard customization. Bad idea.

Agreed, bad idea. It is lame though that they are not adjustable. My wife won't even ride in my Stang because of the head rests.

I like the angle of the headrests. It fits me perfect on long drives.
