Default No Oil Pressure

So trying to diagnose. Used search on here and found people putting mechanical oil pressure gauges in there interior. I just want one to hook up real quick to see if i do have oil pressure or not. According to dash i do not. Could be gauge, sensor , etc.

So I could go get one at autozone right? rent or buy ..anyway how hard is it to hook up / whats the process? Take off the oil pan look up kinda thing ? Again I dont want a permanent readout or anything I want to see if im at 40-60 psi or so .

Not sure if Autozone rents that tool but you can try. If you find the test gauge you just undo the port that is tapped and plugged on your oil filter adapter. thread gauge in, start car, and get reading

Anyone? This seems like a pretty standard tool for someone to buy or even a shop to have.. Is this hole threading standard among cars?

if you have a harbor freight by you here is one. not really a standard size but any kit you find will come with the most common NPT sizes
