Heater Hose Assembly or Heater Return Line?
2001 Ford Mustang GT (4.6L, V8) Single Cam.
Hose coming out of the firewall and into the ??engine, radiator, or somewhere? *thinking it may be the heater return line*, started leaking last night. When investigating the nipple coming off the engine, radiator, or somewhere, broke!!! Is there a replacement?
I appreciate any and all thoughts, ideas, opinions, whatever...

You will need to replace the intake manifold, get the FRPP replacement. Stay away from the Dorman unit sold by the FLAPS.
BTW, that is the heater core inlet...

The hose from the intake manifold nipple to the heater core is the inlet, the outlet is the pipe that runs through the valley under the intake manifold and to the rear of the water pump housing:
