Default Salvage Yard in OC or SoCal

I live in Huntington Beach and Im looking for a salvage yard to pick old mustang parts. Im new to SoCal and I have a 65 C code and just picked up a 68 S code. Any help would be appreciated. Im a mechanic so Im definitely on a budget. Thanks

Good luck. I have gone to alot of the pick a parts around my areas (Pomona, Ontario, Downey, Baldwin Park) and pickings are very slim. There is a place called Mustang Country in Lakewood (on Lakewood Blvd) that is nothing but older 1st gen Mustangs. They might be able to help you out.

Thanks. Ill check it out monday. All the pick a part places around here are all late models.

you could try ecology in santa fe springs (or it might be whittier) but cars get stripped pretty quick there so pickings are slim. Your best bet is to go to swap meets. A couple good ones around here are at the Pomona fairplex in the city of Pomona and theres another one at veterans stadium in the city of long beach. Just look around online and you can find the next dates for the swap meets.

I would also say swap meets. The retail shops like Memory Lane and Mustang Country, buy up used parts then mark them up

Swap meets are good stuff! I got a fan shroud with a crack in it for $3.
