Custom tune is the only way to go. The tune you get with the system is only good enough for you to get that car to a dyno. If you lived in florida I would tell you to only go with John Rollins who currently works at Wilson Manifolds. He's the most straight up tuner I've met and goes the extra mile. He's tuned my car every time and every time it's been nothing but phenomenal. The guy make friggin magic happen. I wouldn't let anyone even stare at my car who's a tuner if it's not him.

I got the car and it ran ok but It did not feel like it should with a s/c so my boy put it on the diagnose machine the car was all stock, so I think the guy had a tuner on it but when he sold the car he took the tune off

Sounds to me like you need a custom tune. All the people I know who went FI required it.

They probably had a tune in it and to be able to use the tuner that they had on that car they had to remove the tune from the car in order to re-use the actual handheld tuner.

I couldnt even start my car w/ stock tune let alone drive it but I have 42# injectors. If he took the SC tune off & your running the stock tune I doubt the car would even run. At the least you will clog your cats because of the super rich/ unburned fuel w/ a stock tune /larger injectors.

Get it to a good tuner, not so sure I'd trust the shop that told u its a stock tune. Car shouldnt even run.
