Default Is $20,985 high for a used V6 Premium?

Hey all. So I have been in the market for a few months now and have finally come across the car with everything I want. Kona Blue, premium v6 with pony package. Car looks like it's in excellent condition and has 26,905 miles on it.

I just wanted some input about the price it's listed at. Do you guys think I could bargain it down some? To me it seems just a tad high but I just wanted a little feedback from everyone.

More info. If you're talking $20k for a '10 or older, I'd tell the seller he's azz crazy. You can get a new, base '13 V6 leftover for about that.

http://www.inventory.ford.com/servic...BP8AM9C5214932 - Window Sticker

http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2012/...oupe-2D/Values - NADA (Don't know if it will show the options that I checked off).

NADA Values it at $22,025 at Clean Retail, $17,900 Average Trade. If it is private party, it is pretty much in the ballpark. If it is a dealer, you are doing good, but can still probably squeeze another $1,000 out either way. Just make sure there isn't anything wrong with it (shouldn't be unless it was dogged).
