There's a ton of great info in this forum regarding what works and what doesn't.

Drop-in filters are useless. A stand-alone CAI on the V6 does very little for performance; possibly 3-4 RWHP. A CAI and good custom tune (ie, Brenspeed, American Muscle, VMP) will yield about 15-20 RWHP. Even a custom 87 octane tune will run circles around the stock 87 tune.

After that, it's nickle and dime HP gains unless you go Forced Induction (for a few grand).
