Default Hydroboost/ABS problem

Hey guys ! I'm 95% through building my Factory Five 1965 AC Cobra replica using the parts from a wrecked 04 Mach 1 but I have problem with the hydroboost. Every time I pump the brake pedal I hear the ABS kick-in and feel some back and forth pumping on the pedal. Needless to say, the ABS warning light is on. I've bled the system twice now to remove air, checked all the ABS speed sensors with a volt meter and they all seem ok. I am a bit suspicious of the wiring - not sure if the ABS plug connector is properly seated in the shoe - so it could be something to do with that ? The brake system was working fine before I removed it from the mach 1. My code reader cannot detect the ABS codes so no clues there.

Any ideas ? Any Ford ABS techs out there ? Appreciate any help or suggestions

check and see if the master cylinder has bleeders. if so, theres the problem. They will be on the engine side.
