Default Help identifying 01 GT noise when cold

If you have any idea what this noise may be, please send me your ideas. (01 GT, 4.6, 5 speed, all stock engine)

Link to video (just for the sound):
It happens at 15 seconds, 38, and 1:10.

It primarily does it just after starting, and continues for a while. It does seem to go away eventually. The odd thing, it sounds just like the noise when you get home from work, and the engine starts cooling down. (like most cars)

It seems to be coming from the front area of the tranmission (I have a T45), almost like someone is hitting it with a small hammer, and just once each time. Its hard to tell exactly where it is coming from, but around the bellhousing, or near the cats, is the best I can figure out.

Anyone know what this noise is or what could be causing it?

Thanks!

It could be the flange or bolts in the exhaust where the headers meet the mid pipe expanding from heat as it warms up. Most likely something like that. I wouldn't be to concerned with it , its not rotational or it would be constant.
