List of mods can you guys think of others let me know!
So I'm putting some money into my 2006 Gt and here's some things I could come up with off the top of my head. Give me more ideas I wanna get to around 400 horsepower naturally aspirated
Mustang list 4.6
Louvers
Louder Exhaust ( axle back, h-pipe) 10-20 hp
Intake 10hp
Tuner +15hp exhaust and intake
Throttle body 5-10hp
2013 style tail light
Trufiber gts-4 hood
Hood strut bar
Light tint
Throttle body spacer 5hp
Side scoops
Valve covers
Coil overs 15-hp

remember, you start with about 270RWHP
Mustang list 4.6
Louvers
Louder Exhaust ( axle back, h-pipe) 10-20 hp (good luck with that, maybe 5HP)
Intake 10hp
Tuner +15hp exhaust and intake
Throttle body 5-10hp (N/A, probably only 5HP)
2013 style tail light
Trufiber gts-4 hood
Hood strut bar
Light tint
Throttle body spacer 5hp (good only for a paperweight, extra weight will actually make your car slower)
Side scoops
Valve covers
Coil overs 15-hp (are you joking? Suspension gives you no RWHP.)
so with those mods you are now up to about 305RWHP. You still have 95 horsepower to go.
going full bolt-on...
electric water pump 5HP (eliminate parasitic loss)
underdrive pulley 10HP (maybe)
FR intake manifold 10HP
Long tube headers about 25HP
now you're up to about 355RWHP
The next 45 is going to be tough...
Ported heads maybe 25HP
hot rod cams maybe 25HP
This assumes you bump up the redline to near 7K rpms and take risks with the engine internals.
There is still more to be made, lightweight flywheel, aluminum driveshaft will both reduce parasitic drivetrain loss. swap out the engine block for a stroker with forged internals and you'll pick up a bit more and take some of the risk out of spinning it to 7K. Want more, reduce even more parasitic loss by eliminating the AC and swapping out the power steering for a manual rack... at which time you realize there's not much more you can do and that you've spent over 20K when you could have just gotten either supercharger/turbo/nitrous and been done with it and still had a streetable car.

This can't be real.
An NA 4.6 stroked to 5.0L with cams, intake, long tube off road exhaust (and I believe ported heades) only puts down 420rwhp.
Staying 4.6 with Cams, intake tune, long tube exhaust, charge motion delete plates, and UD pullies is only going to get you to the 335-345rwhp neighborhood. Unless you plan on this being a slow build, just buy a basic super charger and call it a day. Would be cheaper.

MUST be troll. With his list of mods, he'll barely make 300 RWHP, not including the aggravation of problems from the aftermarket TB and TB spacer.
But he needs to add GT500 emblems. That alone is worth 30 RWHP.
