Default Accelerator/transmission noise?

Been going on for a while now. I don't know if it's clutch chatter or what. Kinda stumped. Here how it goes:

Dead stop. If I take off, release gas, depress clutch, shift, relieve clutch while depressing gas and I get this noise. it's like "sch" sound. Like muffle ripping of Velcro pieces.

Another scenario.
If I am going and getting to the top of a gear. Let's say 3-4k rpm in 2, 3, 4th and let off the gas. Then depress the gas slowly the chatter happens again. I can hold the accelerator in a spot and keep the chatter at a constant noise. If I let off the gas from 3-4k rom theres a slight chatter.

What????

Idk if it's the original. How old I find out? 70,000 miles. I'm not original owner. I think it has had regular service. It has as long as I have owned it which hasn't been too long

It could be related to the TSB for the tranny separator plate noise/vibration. But if I had a noise at a specific RPM/range of RPM, I'd be looking for something that needs to be tightened or adjusted in the exhaust or driveline.

Nuke it's not necessarily at a specific rpm. It happens every time I shift up a gear. When I am releasing the clutch and pushing down the accelerator. I'll take a look at that tab though
