The nitrous will not have a regulator in the way that your fuel system will, the temperature of the bottle will cause the pressure to go up or down, now you can get a bottle heater that will have a pressure sensor to tell it when to turn on and shut off. You want to stay between 900-1100 psi, this is the pressure that the companies calibrate the jets for.
