Default Romeo or Windsor 4.6L SOHC

I own a 2001 Mustang GT.How can I find out which engine I have?One built in the Romeo plant or one built in the Windsor plant?

Valve cover bolts. 10 for romeo, 14 for windsor.

11 for Romeo...Romeo engine has 11 bolts. Windsor is a 13 bolt.

romeo engines have the 11 bolts per valve cover while the Windsor has 13 bolts on one and 14 on the other cover.
