In my case,nothing was left on or plugged into the cigarette lighter. If I find a significant amperage draw on the battery after I shut it off, I'm going to jump across each fuse socket until I find the active circuit. The battery Ford puts in this car is ridiculously low in CCA capacity, but should not drain in a week from the security system.
