We used Eibach Pro Kit Springs. These are perfect for a car that will have a ground affects kit. Eibach's Sport Line would have put this car on the ground!

Ccas- Did you use an adjustable Panhard bar and some camber bolts? Stock shocks, or Tokico's?

I just installed The rears only today. Went with the Roush ones since they seem to be the only ones sold not in a front and rear kit.
Install took about 15-20 minutes. Price 124.99 shipped.
Lowered the rear one inch. The car now sits almost level without the rear wheel gap. Stared at for 10-15 minutes making sure I was happy and I am.
The rear is 1/4" higher than the front, measuring from ground to fender, centered up with wheel.

Stoner,

Did you do the install yourself? or have a shop do it?

I have been to 3 shops here in San Diego & have had quotes of around $200. for install of rear springs only. Last place said "probably an hour on each side."

How do you like the way it rides now? Any noticable difference as far as general ride quality. I am thinking of the Roush rear springs as well.

I did it myself in the shop I manage. Minimal ride change, you can feel that the rear feels a little more stiffer, but not bad at all. A subtle change I would say. Doesnt squat as much on hard accel, and rear doesnt jump like a frog when power shifting.

I dont know what the labor rate out there is, but book time from Mitchells labor guide is .7 for both rear coil springs. our rate is 76.25 so that would = 53.38 total labor. It took us 15 minutes tops to install both. Extremly easy mod.

If you were close to chicago I would say come on down and Ill do it for ya for a bottle O rum, and 12 pack of coke, lol. Hell, Id do it for nuttin its that easy.

G/L nick. I think they are intimidated because maybe they havent worked on an 05 yet. and are over estimating the labor just in case. Or a really busy shop that does'nt need your money.

Before and after if I can get these images to post After on top, obviously

Stoenr:
Hey man, did you only do the rear springs?? or both the front and rear. And if you only did the rear, why? Thanks for the feedback.
