Default TPMS tool

I was wondering if anyone has tried using the tool from American Muscle on cars other than a Mustang and how well it has worked, I am considering getting a TPMS tool but would like to get one that will work on other cars as well.

Cool

The TPMS tool that will work on the Mustang works on all Ford vehicles except the older trucks that use the metal valve stem sensors

They will also work on the new Ford valve stem style sensor also

It should work on any Ford/Lincoln/Mercury as far as I can tell, seeing as they all use basically the same TPMS setup. Most other makes are doing theirs completely differently than Ford is tho.

AS a side note, I bought this from AM, and it works great. Only thing I think they should add to the directions is, that if you do not have the Interior upgrade package, the display on your dash won't show anything, but the prodecure is still 100% the same for using it.

Cool

yes the procedure is exactly the same for all Fords and the TPMS tool will work on all Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles

Procedure:
cycle key 3 times leaving it in the on position
depress brake pedal and release
cycle key 3 more times and you should hear a honk
activate tool at LF wheel then RF then RR then LR
and your done

what about GM vehicles? does it work with any of them? I am not talking about the procedure, but whether the tool will trigger the TPMS in each valve stem to transmit, that is all that is required.
