I ordered a set of OEM smoked headlamps back in late May of this year for my '99 Cobra. I sealed them up and popped them on the next day, but when I was done I noticed some hairline splintering inside the drivers side lamp. It could only be seen when the light hit it at the perfect angle, so I didn't worry about it b/c they appeared structurally sound.
Well, fast forward 3 months and the cracking and splintering has progressed from one side of the plastic lens to the other, and condensation has been an uncontrollable problem (I resealed the lamps again w/no luck).
So, I shot a PM to AMNick and described the situation to him, and he sided with me in that a warranty claim could be processed. I shot him back a PM, but figured a phone call direct to American Muscle would be to my benefit. Man was I right!
I spoke with a guy name Corey, and after a few minutes on the phone I was being sent a brand new replacement set of headlamps, complete with a pre-paid return label for the lamps I got back in May. He even said they'd probably be sent out by the end of today, awesome!
I gotta tell ya', this is definitely refreshing b/c I have been screwed over quite a few times with parts orders in the past (before I became a Mustang owner). With great customer service, free shipping, huge selection, and an awesome website, I know where the majority, if not all, of my future purchases for the Cobra will be made from.

Awesome, thats what makes a company, sound reliance. The more i hear about American Muscle, the more i wish they offered more parts so I could buy them. Good stuff there. Glad it all worked out of ya.

Just as a quick update to close this thread out, I called yesterday afternoon, and the new headlights are out for delivery TODAY. Less than a 24 hour turnaround from my phone call to when the replacements will be on my doorstep. Awesome.
