Another very good transaction with AM!
In August i bought a sct tuner with free tunes for life which I was happy with their customer service even though the tunes they sent first weren't right....but I still would buy only from AM!
Just yesterday I had another pleasant transaction with AM! Ordered a set of staggered gt500 wheels, and caliper covers. The customer service once again was very knowledgeable on their products they sale. Every question I asked from if you don't get TPMS sensors will a light be on in the dash to how the calipers cover.
Just wanted to share with you guys...maybe another free AM banner?!? For a purchase of 1700.00?

Watch out on the tunes. Ours pinged even after they tried to correct for pinging. Make sure it don't ping so you don't mess your motor up. They tried blaming it on the gas but it wasn't the gas it was just not adjusted correctly for the pinging. Just keep on them for new tunes til they get it right.

That's great! I'm so glad our Parts Experts were able to get you taken care of an answer all your questions! Our training classes definitely help keep them up to date with products, installation and troubleshooting. This is good because that information is/can be passed onto you, the end-user!

How long ago did you have our tunes/a problem with them? Did you datalog the car, so our Tuning Specialists could examine the calibration and what it's doing with the PCM?

My tunes seem to run fine, they sent me the correct tunes right away. Maybe there is a chance you gave the wrong computer code?!? I believe if you give an incorrect computer code it can mess with your engine. A guy with a 2012 5.0 mustang had this happen to him...now he is with a car with a blown motor and is responsible says FORD.
