So it would be illegal for the shop to touch the headers because you are in CA, correct?

That's too bad that the headers and mid pipe don't fit, but AM still made an effort to help you. They even offered to reimburse the labor from a shop because you didn't have time to do it yourself (if I understand right) but you still want to come on here, in the AM forum, and say "**** you amercn mussel!1"?

I must have missed something, but I dont even know of a company that would have listened to your complaint because you ordered the parts back in June. Would you seriously expect AM to reimburse you without a receipt or documentation? This just seems pointless to complain about...

They gave you the options to help rectify the situation, so you can't complain. Even after that amount of time.

not AM's fault. you waited 5 months..most places give 30 days return, exchange. if there is a fit issue and you installed it yourself most places will laugh you off and say you did it wrong.
they offered to help you out but you didnt want to uninstall...did you expect someone from AM to come to your house and do it for you? The car was already on jacks you're sayin that you didnt have 1 day off...even half a day off in order to do this? I work two jobs 15 hours a day and still have 2 1/2 days off every week.

yeah, i feel like American Muscle did more than enough to resolve this. It's your fault that it's illegal and that this all took so long to take care of. Get it done out of state if its that big of a deal

I am usually the one that agrees with the consumer but it seems as if AM did everything they did and MORE, even after 5 months. I'm not sure what more you are expecting
